REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
  3. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics software.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  6. Strategic planning and execution.
  7. Analytical thinking and decision making.
  8. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Warehouse Operations: Supervise storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
  2. Transportation Management: Plan routes, select carriers, and negotiate contracts.
  3. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage replenishment.
  4. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  5. Budget & Cost Control: Manage logistics budgets, optimize costs, and track KPIs.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate logistics staff to achieve performance targets.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement efficiency initiatives.
