Deskripsi pekerjaan Logistic Manager (Automotive) BAIC Indonesia

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Maintain the validity of licenses related to the importation process, including the General Importer
Identification Number (API-U), Company Business License, and Customs Identity Number (NIK).
Prepare and provide documents to the forwarder with the terms of shipment and standard operating procedures, which are pre-defined by both the client and the export company.
Handle track shipments and communicate with the sales department regarding the import’s progress.
Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries and deal with quotes from prospective shippers.
Utilizing data management to offer effective delivery logistics. Complete the necessary import-export paperwork, assemble the carrier and route assignments, and monitor shipment payments and quotas.
Complete customs procedures and work with appointed routed agents and company operated services.
Prepare, review, and approve international shipping documents required for the lawful completion of import or export activities, including: Customs Declaration; Purchase Order; Shipping Documents
