Deskripsi pekerjaan LOGISTIC INTERNSHIP PT. TRIPPER NATURE

Location : Bekasi & Bali

Duration : 3 – 6 Months

Qualifications :

Final-Year Students or Fresh Graduates (min. D3/S1) majoring in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline

Having internship experience or certification in Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain is a plus

Knowledge of domestic distribution processes (transportation, warehousing, inventory control)

Knowledge of regulations related to logistics, including domestic and import/export

Domiciled in the local area

Proficiency in Computerized System and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)

Good in English skill (writing & speaking)

Proactive, Sociable, and Energetic

Strong Coordination and Communication Skills

Trustworthy

Detail-oriented, Organized, & good in Time Management skill

Ability to work Individually or Teamwork

Have an A or C driver’s license is preffered

Responsibilities :

Support the team in organizing and monitoring shipments (domestic or export/import)

Support in logistics documentation (delivery orders, invoices, shipping notes, etc.)

Support the team in coordinating and communicating with transport vendors, warehouse teams, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules

Support the team in ensuring compliance with company procedures and logistics regulations

Support the team in handling claims or resolving issues related to deliveries

Provide administrative support for other logistics activities as required
