JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for expanding the equine logistic & transportation service.
2. Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
3. Plan and schedule transportation routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery, coordinating logistics for both domestic and international transport for horses and horse truck, including booking flights and ground transportation.
4. Help monitor horses or items transported throughout their journey, providing necessary care pre and post transport, ensure the health and welfare of horses during transport by implementing best practices in loading, unloading, and care.
5. Ensure adherence to all local and international regulations regarding animal transportation.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any compliance requirements and manage necessary certifications.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including providing updates on their horses' status during transport.
8. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
9. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments related to transport operations.
10. Handle the traffic of imported goods and documentations required during the import/ export process, also to produce detailed reports, and maintain an overall database.
11. Assist and contribute in office event and operational activity, include support duties, etc.
Requirement

Technical and Specific Requirements
1. Full time with age not more than 35 years old.
2. S1 from any major background i.e. Mathematics (or any other science), Engineering (machine, industrial, electricity), Economics, Business Administration, Animal & Agricultural from reputable university (minimum GPA of 3.5).
3. Has min. 3 – 5 years of experience in Logistic, supply chain management, logistic project management or a related field or equivalent work experience.
4. Proven track record in logistics management or business development (preferably within the equine industry).
5. Have knowledge and experience of Import Regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements. Be able stay updated on changes in import/ customs laws.
6. Hard worker, excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
7. Deep knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
11. Familiarity with modern transportation technologies, such as TMS, and or GPS.
12. Able to drive both a car and motorcycle (has a SIM A & C).
13. Well presented and professional (we expect self-discipline and a goal-oriented individual).
14. Proven skill in Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
15. Able to join immediately
