WE ARE HIRING – LOGISTICS IMPORT & EXPORT
PT Wedison New Energy Technology** is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Logistics Import & Export** professional to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate import and export activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
* Prepare, review, and maintain import and export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, and other shipping documents.
* Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and relevant government authorities.
* Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
* Ensure all import and export activities comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
* Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
* Resolve shipment and logistics issues promptly and effectively.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Import & Export, International Logistics, or Supply Chain.
* Strong understanding of import/export procedures and international shipping documentation.
* Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas suppliers.
* Good knowledge of customs clearance processes is an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
