Deskripsi pekerjaan Logistic Admin PT. Borwita Indah

Job Descriptions:

  • Verify inbound documents to match purchase orders.
  • Perform daily clearance tasks (inbound/outbound data input, invoice uploads, SO release, ITSS, KKDV) and ensure same-day completion.
  • Archive inbound and outbound documents systematically.
  • Conduct daily sales reporting for stakeholders.
  • Send invoice documents to the finance team for payment processing.
  • Check customer goods to confirm they match purchase orders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
  • Willing to work in Talang Buluh, Banyuasih and able to join ASAP.
