With over 10 years of experience in the cosmetics and multinational Ecommerce industry, we have successfully expanded our brand presence across 5 Southeast Asian countries as well as North American markets including the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
We are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic Local Social Media Trainee Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be trained to lead our creative local social media team, design high-impact content strategies, and drive brand growth across our core regional channels.
B. Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
- Lead and manage the local social media team.
- Create a winning content strategy to drive growth and audience engagement across platforms.
- Conduct research on competitors and market trends to ensure brand positioning stays ahead.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train the social media team members.
- Coordinate closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
C. Requirements
- Female only
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing (experience in the beauty/skincare industry is a plus).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Creative, analytical, and highly detail oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in Indonesian & English
D. Salary & Benefits
- Salary: IDR 10 – 15 Million per month.
- Salary Review: Opportunity to scale up to IDR 20 Million per month based on performance evaluation.

E. Working Time & Location
- Position Type: Full-time.
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday.
- Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM).
- Location: Citra Raya, Cikupa, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia (Office: Area Ecopolis - Little Ginza, Citra Raya No. 382 Block R02, Mekar Bakti, Panongan, Tangerang Regency, Banten 15710).
