LOANS PROCESSING OFFICER
We are looking for a detail-oriented Loans Processing Officer to join our mortgage broking team in Bali. You will manage loan applications from enquiry to settlement, coordinate with clients, brokers, and lenders, and ensure a smooth loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and CRM
- Prepare and manage loan applications
- Collect, review, and verify client documents (ID, income, assets, etc.)
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and stakeholders
- Track applications and follow up on outstanding conditions
- Coordinate settlement and ensure all conditions are met
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in loan administration, mortgage processing, or financial services
- Open to all educational backgrounds; any major is welcome
- Excellent English (written & verbal) is a must
- Already living in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proactive, client-focused, and able to work independently
