Deskripsi pekerjaan Livestreaming Operator F-COMMERCE INDONESIA

Job Description:

Responsible for day-to-day TikTok live room activity including set up studio and manage OBS while the livestreaming running
Play design to ensure the smooth process in resulting engaging live streaming experiences
Live room process control and follow-up to optimize and improve live stream performances
Conduct live stream data detection, analysis, and optimization to improve performance.
Work closely with the TikTok Shop Live Stream operations team to report and address any issues or bugs encountered during campaigns.

Job Requirements:

Familiar with using OBS
Has interest in the E-commerce industry, having experience in TikTok Live Operation is a plus.
Excellent data analysis ability, through multi-dimensional data comparison, analysis, find problems and accordingly put forward optimization solutions
Excellent management abilities with a focus on establishing systems, assessments, processes, and standardization.
Excellent learning ability and agile to change. Able to adapt, be responsible and take positive initiative under the high intensity and dynamic work rhythm.
