We aim to leverage the power of livestreaming to connect with our audience in innovative and engaging ways. We are looking for a passionate and engaging livestreamer to help showcase our products and engage with potential customers through live broadcasts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Host engaging livestreams on platforms like Shopee Live, TikTok Live, and Facebook Live to showcase and sell used smartphones.
- Prepare for each session by coordinating content flow, setting up tools, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Demonstrate product features and quality while answering customer questions in real-time to build trust and boost engagement.
- Create interactive, sales-driven content with promotions, demos, and limited-time offers to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, track performance metrics, gather feedback, and stay updated on livestream and tech trends to optimize future sessions.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in live streaming, content creation, or eCommerce sales is a plus.
- Proficient verbal and written English skills.
- Comfortable on camera and able to speak confidently and clearly about products.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about smartphones, including their features, specs, and typical issues with used devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with an online audience.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with live streaming platforms and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about customer service and delivering a great shopping experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for live streaming events, depending on the schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, especially with electronics or mobile devices.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and sales tools.
- Creative and energetic personality with the ability to entertain and educate an online audience.
- Comfortable multitasking and managing live interactions while keeping the audience engaged.
