Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Livestream Support Freelance role based in Yogyakarta. The Livestream Support Freelancer will provide technical and customer support during live broadcasts to ensure smooth streaming experiences. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with team members, and assisting customers with inquiries or concerns. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues promptly during live events.
Job Desc
Test live streams and equipment to ensure everything is functioning properly.
Organize video assets, graphics, and overlays for use during broadcasts.
Ensure all branding and assets meet the standards.
Handle transitions, overlays, graphics, and live chats as needed.
Respond quickly to any technical issues, minimizing disruptions to the broadcast.
Operate broadcast equipment during live events.
Monitor audio and video quality throughout the broadcast to ensure seamless output.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently during live broadcasts using OBS
Strong Communication skills to assist host live and collaborate with the team effectively
Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues and optimizing livestream performance
Flexibility to work on a part-time and on-site basis, with availability during live events
Experience with livestream or broadcasting platforms is a plus
