Live Operator / Livestream Operator
Location: BSD Damai Foresta, Tangerang (Work From Office)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Live Operator to support and manage livestreaming activities across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Tokopedia. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth livestream operations, assisting hosts, managing OBS and livestream assets, monitoring performance, and creating an engaging shopping experience for viewers.
Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a passion for livestream commerce are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Familiar with livestreaming platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Tokopedia.
- Proficient in operating computers, smartphones, microphones, cameras, and other livestreaming equipment.
- Experience using OBS Studio is preferred.
- Understanding of livestream production, broadcasting, and technical troubleshooting.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and quick to respond under pressure.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with good operational thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when needed to temporarily replace the host.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.

Responsibilities
Livestream Operations
- Manage daily livestream operations for TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Tokopedia.
- Ensure livestream sessions run smoothly from start to finish.
- Monitor livestream quality and resolve technical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and visually appealing livestream setup.
Studio & Equipment Setup
- Prepare livestream rooms before each session.
- Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting, computers, and supporting equipment.
- Adjust lighting and camera settings to optimize broadcast quality.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows, MacOS, internet connections, audio, and video equipment.
- Maintain and care for all livestream equipment and studio assets.
OBS & Livestream Assets Management
- Operate OBS Studio and livestream software.
- Manage scenes, overlays, stickers, frames, animations, and campaign assets during livestreams.
- Ensure promotional materials and visual elements are displayed correctly throughout the broadcast.
- Create an engaging viewing experience through proper visual and technical execution.
Host Assistance & Audience Engagement
- Support hosts during livestream sessions.
- Temporarily replace the host during short breaks when necessary.
- Assist in engaging viewers through interactions, promotions, and livestream activities.
- Coordinate closely with hosts to ensure smooth communication and execution during live sessions.
Sales & Promotion Management
- Manage product pinning and featured product placement.
- Support promotional campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and special livestream activities.
- Monitor campaign execution and ensure promotional mechanics are correctly implemented.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor livestream performance and viewer engagement.
- Identify operational issues and propose improvements.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the livestream studio.
- Report technical, operational, or performance-related issues to supervisors.
Working Schedule
- Full-Time or Part-Time positions available.
- Shift-based working schedule.
- Expected workload: approximately 160–176 working hours per month.
- Must be available to work on weekends, public holidays, and during major campaign periods (e.g. Double Date Campaigns).
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- Previous experience in livestream operations, e-commerce, content production, or broadcasting.
- Experience operating OBS Studio at an advanced level.
- Understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Tokopedia seller tools.
- Basic understanding of livestream sales strategies and audience engagement techniques.
