Responsibilities
- Multitasking skills to handle multiple live streaming events.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with hosts and teams.
- Set up and manage the brand's TikTok store by combining people, products, venue, and content.
- Plan and execute live streaming programs; evaluate effectiveness, track results, and address issues with optimization.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, offering fresh ideas for live streaming operations and exploring new TikTok brand strategies.
- Plan special campaigns for key overseas market events; develop operational strategies and promotional plans, track their effectiveness, and adjust strategies quickly based on market changes.
- Be accountable for project delivery from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Execute live operation activities for TikTok and e-commerce marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia) such as but not limited to standby during live session and provide technical assistance to ensure live sessions are conducted smoothly.
- Add product selection cart and checking and setting promotion and stock.
- Responsible for the daily management of live room studio such as but not limited to equipment checking and adjustment before live.
- Brief and assist host in monitoring incoming comments to help liven up the live session’s atmosphere.
- Proficient in Mandarin.
