Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the livestream operator team, ensuring smooth operations during events
- Monitor livestream quality (audio, video, connection) during events.
- Collaborate with host for interaction with viewers
- Work closely with the technical team (audio, video, lighting)
- Provide reports on livestream performance, including audience statistics and technical issues.
Requirements:
- SMA/K
- Able to speak in English
- Experienced in the same field is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of livestreaming software, hardware, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real-time
