Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily live streaming operations on TikTok Shop Live and Shopee Live, including planning schedules, themes, and promotional campaigns
• Prepare live scripts, product presentation flow, and engagement strategies to improve live performance
• Monitor and optimize key metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, viewer engagement, and average order value
• Support recruitment and training of live hosts, ensuring strong product knowledge and presentation quality
• Manage store operations, including product listings, product page optimization, pricing, and promotional setup
• Participate in platform campaigns (Flash Sale, Mega Campaign, etc.) and create product bundles suitable for live selling
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve live sales and store performance
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years experience in live commerce or e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Live or Shopee Live
• Familiar with the Indonesian e-commerce ecosystem
• Understanding of key metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, traffic sources, and viewer engagement
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
