Job Description:
- Manage daily live streaming operations across all channels (TikTok, Shopee, etc.), from setup to execution.
- Create and manage schedules for 12-14 hosts, and monitor their attendance, discipline, and compliance with Live SOP.
- Compile and verify host attendance and working-hour data for processing by Finance/HR.
- Set up and monitor stream quality (OBS, audio, camera, lighting) and troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions.
- Evaluate host performance and analyze live data to provide improvement recommendations.
- Edit live stream recordings into short-form content (highlights, clips, ad materials).
- Be available for occasional weekend coverage on key campaign dates (e.g., payday, double date), with replacement off days.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Live Streaming Coordinator/Lead or similar role (agency, e-commerce, beauty, or fashion is a plus).
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Proficient in OBS and basic live setup/troubleshooting.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and current live streaming trends.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to follow a shifting schedule, including occasional weekends.
