At Mezink, we run high volume, performance driven TikTok Shop campaigns across multiple markets in SEA and EU.
We are looking for operators, not coordinators. This role is purely execution. You will be responsible for onboarding livestream KOLs for campaigns, managing their participation and ensuring livestream commitments are delivered consistently.
What You'll Work On
- High-scale TikTok Shop livestream campaigns across Indonesia.
- Core Expectations
- Onboard and activate livestream KOLs for multiple campaigns
- Manage campaign participation across 30+ active livestream KOLs per month
- Ensure livestream commitments are delivered on time
- Maintain strict tracking, follow-ups, and status updates
Key Responsibilities
- Source, onboard and brief livestream KOLs for campaigns
- Coordinate campaign requirements, schedules, and deliverables
- Track livestream commitments and completion status
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain operational reports
- Work with TikTok Shop and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in TikTok Shop, livestream or creator operations
- Strong understanding of TikTok Live ecosystem
- Proven experience managing multiple hosts simultaneously
- Highly process-driven with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environments
