Deskripsi pekerjaan Livestream Coordinator PT Green Fashion Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily coordination and scheduling of Hosts for live streaming sessions.
- Coordinate closely with the Host and related teams to ensure smooth and synchronized live execution.
- Prepare and set up all live streaming elements and oversee and monitor live stream quality (bitrate, audio, camera, and lighting) to ensure stable and professional output.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during live sessions in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure all live sessions meet brand quality standards and visual consistency.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations for future improvement.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and compliance with Live SOP and company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience at least 2-3 years as live streaming lead or similar role in Agency, Beauty or Fashion industry.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a related field.
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
- Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Project Management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willing be placement at Sunter, North Jakarta
