Job Decription
- Plan and execute livestream sessions (product selection, timing or schedule, gimmick , strategy, content flow, and technical setup).
- Coordinate with hosts, KOLs, and creators to align brand intro, live script & talking points, and target. ]
- Manage backend systems (platform dashboards, streaming software OBS, product tagging, livestreaming price, links, live banner, etc
- Monitor livestream performance in real-time (traffic, sales, effectiveness and technical stability).
- Analyze post-livestream data and prepare performance reports (sales, engagement, traffic, products, feedback, improvement plan, etc)
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams for campaign planning and content direction.
- Handle technical troubleshooting during livestreams.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform policies.
- Tracking livestreaming performance per session & makesure smooth and well executed live schedule
- Storing & managing all host live video & ensure to be edited and posted before livestreaming
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in livestreaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or similar live platforms.
- Basic knowledge of OBS or other streaming software.
- Strong coordination, project managing and multitasking skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail & performance metrics.
- Attention to detail & focus on result driven
