Job Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic LIVE Operation Specialist to manage end-to-end e-commerce live streaming operations. In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving overall store GMV, optimizing live strategies, executing campaign promotions, and analyzing performance metrics across our live streaming channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Able as backup Livestreaming Session
- Store & GMV Strategy: Drive overall LIVE sales performance (GMV), traffic acquisition, conversion rates, and operational efficiency across all live channels.
- Backend & Product Management: Handle product listing/delisting, price audits, inventory checks, and promotional configurations in the shop backend.
- Campaign & Event Execution: Plan, configure, and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, store vouchers, and platform mega-events.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor real-time live metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, product performance) and generate detailed GMV analytical reports with actionable optimization suggestions.
- Operations & Floor Support: Assist with live studio floor control as needed (no requirement to host/be on camera) and coordinate backend product and event support.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Spoken English & written is required, For communicating with international stakeholders and backend systems.
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Live Streaming Operations (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Tokopedia)
- Technical Skills: Proficient with e-commerce seller centers, campaign tools, inventory management, and data analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solver, highly organized, and efficient in fast-paced environments.
