Job Description
- Managing, maintaining and deepening relationships with existing creators
- Responsible for the performance of the creators
- Monitoring market trends (in and out app) and competitor activities in order to identify potential trends to be able to implement them and develop the plan
- Effect optimization to keep up the virality
- Content planning for live streaming campaign
- Managing some internal resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Has knowledge and understanding of short video and live streaming, especially effect operations
- Be creative, responsible, result-driven, efficient, and can work under pressure.
- Good communication skills, problem solving and ability to maintain communication with external
- Ability for planning online & offline campaigns, can work as a team and good at brainstorming.
