Deskripsi pekerjaan Live Streaming Assistant PT Nexgen Digital Indonesia
Responsibility
1. Assist and support the host in real-time during live sessions, especially in boosting engagement and interaction.
2. Evaluate host performance in terms of discipline, attitude, and compliance with SOP during the live session.
3. Provide feedback to the host directly and/or to the Host PIC/Trainer.
4. Report any complaints or issues that occur during live sessions.
5. Be on standby during live sessions to ensure the host follows product knowledge guidelines and SOPs.
6. Monitor live tools and respond quickly to any technical issues during the session.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of experience in digital/live streaming, preferably from FMCG or beauty industry.
- Strong interpretation skills.
- Good communication & project management ability.
- Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Live, and other social commerce platforms.
- Experience in content production, scriptwriting, or hosting.
