Key Responsibilities
Team & Studio Management: Lead, monitor, and evaluate the performance of Live Operators (OP) across multiple brand studios in Jakarta.
SOP Enforcement: Enforce the operational checklist strictly—ensuring zero audio/visual delays, background/topper correctness, and strictly ensuring that no session starts without product links pinned.
Data & Reporting: Monitor daily live GMV and operational data. Supervise OPs to ensure "Live Reports" are submitted accurately within 30 minutes post-stream, and review weekly/bi-weekly report cards.
Emergency & Asset Control: Act as the immediate backup and technical troubleshooter for studio setups. Enforce strict asset-protection policies (such as a 1,000,000 IDR penalty for data failure or full-price replacement for broken equipment).
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in English; the entire interview will be conducted in English.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in TikTok Shop / Shopee Live operations in Indonesia.
3. Strong logical mindset with a deep understanding of live-streaming traffic algorithms, conversion metrics, and dashboard management.
4. Excellent leadership skills with a strict, disciplined approach to team management (zero-tolerance for unexcused absences or casual attitude).
5. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a strong plus for cross-border communication).
