Live Stream Operator
Job Description
Assist the Host during live streaming sessions to drive customer engagement and sales.
Respond to customer inquiries, manage live interactions, and support sales closing.
Promote ongoing campaigns, vouchers, and special promotions during live sessions.
Prepare products and live streaming equipment before each session and operate live features when required.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability and order-related issues.
Prepare post-live reports and provide recommendations to improve live streaming performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience as a Co-Host, Live Streaming Assistant, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and positive attitude.
Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and achieve sales targets.
Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
Basic English communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency are an advantage.
