Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming operations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work under pressure.
- Willing to monitor live streaming activities on a daily basis, including outside regular working hours when required.
- Familiar with live streaming platforms such as TikTok Live / Shopee Live
- Understand the live streaming workflow (setup, execution, and performance evaluation)
- Experienced in using live streaming tools (OBS, TikTok Live Studio, etc.)
Key Responsibility :
- Manage end-to-end daily livestream operations, including scheduling and execution.
- Monitor livestream performance and ensure KPI targets are achieved through real-time tracking and post-live analysis.
- Responsible for monitoring and achieving livestream KPI performance, including GMV, viewers, conversion rate, CTR, product clicks, average order value, and traffic efficiency.
- Analyze livestream performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve overall sales and audience engagement.
- Develop livestream strategies to support branding, sales, and audience engagement goals.
- Plan and execute promotional livestream campaigns, including payday, double-date campaigns, flash sales, product launches, and seasonal events in collaboration with the commercial team.
