Deskripsi pekerjaan Live Stream Operation (TSP) Lunaverse （Indonesia ）
Job Responsibilities
1. Take charge of the whole operation of TikTok live streams, including pre-live preparation, on-site coordination and post-live review.
2. Prepare products, live scripts, equipment and network before live streaming, communicate and coordinate with hosts.
3. Be on-site controller during live stream, guide audience interaction and sales, monitor live room comments and handle emergencies timely.
4. Collect live stream data (viewers, conversion rate, GMV etc.), complete review reports and put forward optimization suggestions.
5. Assist in planning live campaigns, manage product links, prices and sign up for platform activities.
6. Cooperate with related teams to ensure daily live streams run smoothly.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in Indonesian, proficient in English; the entire interview will be conducted in English.
2. Proficient in office software and TikTok backend tools.
3. Relevant experience in TikTok Shop, e-commerce live operation is preferred, familiar with TSP model is a plus.
4. Understand the full live stream process, capable of data analysis and on-site control.
5. Quick response, strong execution, able to work flexible hours according to live schedule.
6. Familiar with Indonesian e-commerce market and local consumer habits, careful and team-oriented.
