Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Live Stream Operation Supervisor to lead our Indonesia live streaming business for beauty & personal care products. This role takes full charge of daily live broadcast management, live team scheduling, broadcast plan formulation, on-site live control and data optimization, steadily improving live room GMV, conversion rate and overall operational efficiency as we expand our local TikTok Shop business.
Key Responsibilities
•Formulate monthly & weekly live streaming operation plans, arrange daily live schedule, anchor shift and product live listing plan for TikTok Shop live rooms
•Supervise full on-site live operation: pre-live preparation, mid-live field control, live atmosphere coordination, emergency problem handling during broadcast
•Analyze live core data including GMV, traffic, conversion, unit price and retention, optimize live script, product layout and pricing strategy based on data feedback
•Cooperate with talent BD team to follow up KOL/KOC live cooperation, confirm live process and track post-live performance settlement
•Guide and train local live assistants, optimize live room workflow and standardize SOP of live operation
•Keep track of Indonesia TikTok live market trends, competitor live gameplay and platform policy updates, adjust operation tactics timely
•Submit regular live operation reports to headquarters, put forward feasible improvement plans for live revenue growth
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce or related disciplines preferred
•3–5 years TikTok Shop Indonesia local live streaming operation management experience, beauty category experience is a big plus
•Familiar with Indonesia TikTok Shop live rules, platform flow mechanism and local consumers’ live shopping habits
•Strong data analysis capability, able to adjust operation strategies and drive GMV growth through data
•Good team management & on-site emergency handling ability, can coordinate cross-department work efficiently
•Fluent Bahasa Indonesia + working English for daily office communication
