Live stream Operation Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead and oversee the daily operations of multiple live streaming rooms and brand accounts to ensure smooth execution and strong performance.
2. Manage, coach, and evaluate hosts and operation teams to improve productivity and achieve business targets.
3. Monitor live performance, traffic, conversion, and sales, then implement strategies to maximize GMV.
4. Plan and optimize live schedules, campaigns, and operational workflows across multiple accounts.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution and operational efficiency.
6. Analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
7. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, platform policies, and quality standards.
8. Resolve operational issues during live sessions and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Preferred Female.
2. Minimum education: Associate Degree (D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1).
3. Fluent in English is a must.
4. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in live streaming operations, e-commerce operations, or digital commerce, with leadership experience preferred.
5. Proven experience managing multiple live streaming rooms and multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
6. Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms, including traffic strategies, conversion optimization, and sales performance.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret live performance data and implement improvement strategies.
9. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Capable of handling multiple priorities and solving operational issues under pressure.
11. Willing to work in 2 rotating shifts (Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
12. Willing to work on weekend rotations, including public holidays.
