Deskripsi pekerjaan Live Stream Host (TikTok E-commerce) Lunaverse （Indonesia ）
Job Responsibilities
1. Host daily live streams on TikTok Shop, introduce beauty products, interact with audiences and drive sales to achieve daily and monthly KPIs.
2. Control live stream rhythm and atmosphere, answer audience questions and maintain a positive live room environment.
3. Cooperate with the operation team to draft live scripts, plan promotion activities, participate in product selection and fully understand product features.
4. Analyze live stream data, optimize live performance, speaking skills and interaction methods.
5. Follow the official schedule, attend regular live streams and major campaign live events as required.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in Indonesian, confident on camera with good personal image.
2. Prior experience in TikTok live streaming or e-commerce hosting is preferred, beauty category experience is a plus.
3. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
4. Familiar with local Indonesian culture and basic live stream operation process.
5. Hard-working, responsible and good team player.
