About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and engaging Live Stream Host to represent our sanitary product brand across digital platforms, especially TikTok LIVE and other e-commerce channels. You will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions, presenting products professionally, interacting with viewers, and driving sales through engaging and informative content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms according to the scheduled timeline.
- Present and demonstrate sanitary products professionally, highlighting product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Engage with viewers by answering questions and encouraging interaction throughout the live session.
- Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and assist in driving purchase decisions.
- Promote ongoing campaigns, discounts, product launches, and special offers during live sessions.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional on-camera presence that reflects the company's brand image.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to prepare livestream content, product knowledge, and promotional materials.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to deliver accurate and persuasive presentations.
- Achieve livestream performance targets, including viewer engagement, product clicks, and sales conversion.
- Assist in creating short promotional videos or content for social media when required.
Requirements :
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Stream Host, Sales Promoter, Brand Ambassador, or similar role.
- Experience hosting live sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Confident speaking in front of the camera with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
- Attractive, energetic, creative, and able to build audience interaction.
- Willing to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
