Live Streaming Operation Specialist (Shopee & TikTok)
Job Descriptions:
- Arrange daily live streaming schedules and ensure all live session preparations run smoothly, including products, hosts, scripts, and equipment.
- Monitor live sessions in real time, provide support to hosts, and ensure audio, video, and audience interaction quality remain optimal.
- Analyze live performance metrics such as viewers, conversion rates, orders, and GMV to improve future live sessions.
- Prepare short scripts, product briefings, and selling point guidelines for hosts.
- Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, ROI, and TikTok performance metrics
- Collaborate with the content team, creative team, and store operations team to ensure promotions, stock, and live activities meet targets.
- Conduct research on live streaming trends, including competitors, viral content, and effective presentation styles.
- Understand Shopee and TikTok algorithms, ROI, and TikTok performance metrics, including traffic-driving factors, retention duration, engagement, optimal live hours, and strategies to increase the chances of appearing in recommendations or the For You Page.
- Optimize the use of Shopee and TikTok live streaming features such as vouchers, pinned products, banners, keywords, boosters, and other tools.
- Ensure all live sessions comply with SOPs, platform guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent
1–3 years of relevant experience in live streaming or related field
Able to work closely and build good relationships with hosts (team is predominantly female)
Willing to work 6 days a week and night shifts if required
