Deskripsi pekerjaan Live-in Private Chef (Home Chef) PT. AGRO SINDO LESTARI
We are seeking a professional, trustworthy, and experienced Live-in Private Chef to work full-time and reside with a private family in an apartment located in South Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily varied menus for the family (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner).
- Cook high-quality dishes specializing in Indonesian Cuisine and Western Food.
- Capable of handling and cooking various ingredients, including pork dishes (Pork consumption required).
- Manage inventory, track kitchen supplies, and handle routine grocery shopping.
- Maintain absolute cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, cooking utensils, refrigerator, and pantry.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Cook, or Cook in Hotels/Restaurants.
- Excellent culinary skills in both authentic Indonesian and Western cuisines.
- Must be Dog-Friendly: Comfortable living with a pet dog (no fears or allergies).
- Must be willing to work on a Live-in basis (accommodation provided at the employer's apartment).
- High standards of personal hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and organization.
- Honest, polite, communicative, and capable of maintaining strict family privacy.
