PT. Zeha Internasional Abadi is a leading distribution and management company specializing in premium beauty and lifestyle brands. We are currently launching Batch 1 of our recruitment drive for Live Streaming Hosts to become the main faces of our prominent K-Beauty portfolio, including brands like JIGOTT and EASYBEAUTE.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as the primary on-camera host for Live Shopping sessions across major E-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, and our In-House App).
• Conduct live broadcasts according to the designated schedule (Shifting system: Monday – Sunday, 2 teams per day. Each host conducts a 2-hour session, totaling 4 hours of broadcast time per shift).
• Promote products, demonstrate usage, highlight key benefits, and actively engage with viewers to drive real-time sales conversions.
• Collaborate closely with the E-commerce and Operational teams, who will fully manage the backstage setup, system coupons, and backend logistics during your live sessions.
• Adhere strictly to the company’s established pricing guidelines ("Floor Price") and promotional strategies.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Female
• Minimum High School graduate (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Streaming Host on Shopee or TikTok (experience in the Skincare/Beauty category is highly preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling skills, with high confidence in front of the camera.
• Ability to work independently as a host while smoothly coordinating with the backend operational support team.
• Highly disciplined, punctual, and committed to the agreed live broadcast schedule.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

• Competitive Base Salary: Rp 2,500,000 – Rp 3,500,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and evaluation).
• Uncapped Progressive Commission: Earn a tiered percentage commission based on daily/monthly Net Sales (ranging from 1% up to 5% as you hit higher sales milestones).Full Product Sponsorship: All skincare and makeup products needed for reviews and live streams will be provided entirely by the company.
