Litigation Specialist

Synergy Pro Business & Legal Consultant is looking for a Head of Litigation to lead our Litigation Department and oversee complex legal disputes for both local and international clients. This role is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to drive legal excellence while mentoring a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the Litigation Department.

* Develop legal strategies for civil, criminal, commercial, employment, and administrative litigation matters.

* Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, arbitration, and negotiations.

* Review pleadings, legal opinions, contracts, and other litigation documents.

* Supervise, mentor, and develop litigation lawyers and legal staff.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, courts, government authorities, and external stakeholders.

* Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessments to clients and management.

* Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws, legal ethics, and professional standards.

* Monitor ongoing cases and ensure timely execution of litigation strategies.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Law (Master's Degree is an advantage).

* Licensed Advocate (PERADI or equivalent).

* Minimum **5 years of litigation experience**, with at least **2 years in a leadership or senior litigation role**.

* Strong experience handling court proceedings and dispute resolution.

* Excellent knowledge of Indonesian litigation procedures and legal regulations.

* Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, advocacy, and decision-making skills.

* Excellent communication skills in both **Bahasa Indonesia and English**.

* Able to manage multiple high-profile cases under tight deadlines.
