Job Description:
- Develop tax education materials based on research and academic literature.
- Conduct literature research to support teaching and training module development.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations on tax trends based on literature studies.
- Collaborate with instructors and the academic team in curriculum and learning resource development.
- Manage and update the library collection, including books, journals, and digital literature.
- Develop information literacy services to improve access and utilization of library resources.
- Assist library users in finding tax-related reference materials.
- Compile thematic bibliographies and library references relevant to DDTC’s research needs.
- Support the creation of educational content in various formats (articles, whitepapers, infographics, and videos) based on literature.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Male / Female, maximum age of 27 years. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Taxation from a reputable university.
- Passionate about reading academic literature.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Willing and confident to present materials in video format.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willing to work on weekends or holidays if required.
- Open to learning and exploring additional tax-related tasks.
- Understanding of domestic and international tax landscapes.
- Basic knowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing is a plus.
- Holding Brevet A / B / C certification or USKP A / B / C certification is an advantage.
- Skilled in literature research and data analysis.
- Able to summarize books, write journal abstracts, and draft research-based articles for internal and external publication.
- Capable of conducting training or workshops on information literacy and library resource utilization.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding academic references in English.
