Job Summary:
The Real Estate Listing Agent at Betterplace is responsible for sourcing new property inventory, managing listing creation, and ensuring the effective marketing of villas and land for sale or long-term rent. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a high-quality and up-to-date property portfolio that supports the success of the sales team and enhances client engagement. The Listing Agent conducts property inspections, prepares professional listing content, monitors pricing competitiveness, and promotes listings across digital platforms. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with property owners and introducing them to Betterplace’s rental and property management services. A successful Listing Agent ensures all listings are positioned to attract qualified buyers or tenants, maximize visibility, and support fast and secure transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Listing Acquisition & Inventory Management
- Identify and source new villas and land plots for sale or long-term rent through field scouting, networking, and owner outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong inventory of accurately listed and available properties.
- Establish long-term relationships with property owners and present relevant service offerings, including property management.
2. Listing Creation & Quality Control
- Collect all necessary listing information, including pricing, specifications, legal documents, and high-quality photos.
- Write professional and appealing property descriptions in line with Betterplace’s standards.
- Ensure that each listing is complete, accurate, and regularly updated to reflect availability and market conditions.
3. Marketing & Promotion
- Publish and manage listings across Betterplace’s website, social media platforms, and external property portals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement campaigns to increase exposure and lead generation.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person property viewings and ensure properties are well presented for client visits.
4. Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy
- Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitive listings, and area-specific pricing benchmarks.
- Advise property owners and internal teams on optimal pricing strategies to support faster transactions and maximize value.
- Recommend adjustments to listing pricing and positioning based on performance and feedback.
- Conduct price negotiations with sellers upon request from Internal Sales Agents to align pricing with market conditions and improve deal closure potential.
5. Client Support & Coordination
- Respond to listing inquiries from internal Sales Agents in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Sales team with relevant listing documentation and logistics for property showings.
- Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure listing accuracy and transaction readiness.
Qualifications:
1. Education
- Background in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of property laws, land rights, and real estate transaction processes is an advantage.
2. Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, listings, or property marketing.
- Familiarity with property portals, CRM systems, and social media promotion is required.
- Experience working with property owners, clients, or developers in Bali is highly preferred.
3. Skills
- Fluent business English and Indonesian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for property acquisition and seller engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings and timelines efficiently.
- Proficiency in conducting market analysis and preparing data-driven pricing recommendations.
- Technical skills in listing platform management, content creation, and online marketing tools.
