Job Description:
1. Conduct research to support the BD team: Research licensing requirements for potential clients to assist the Business Development team in preparing solutions.
2. Monitor relevant regulatory changes: Stay updated on the latest regulations related to BPOM, Halal, SNI, and ISO to help clients remain compliant.
3. Coordinate with authorities and relevant institutions: Liaise with BPOM, MUI, or other institutions to ensure requirements and procedures are correctly followed.
4. Assist clients in obtaining licenses and certifications: Guide clients through the application process in compliance with applicable regulations.
5. Prepare documents and manage communication: Compile required technical documents and ensure smooth communication between clients and regulatory bodies.
6. Provide updates and solutions to clients: Inform clients about application status, address their concerns, and offer solutions for any issues encountered.
7. Ensure projects comply with regulations: Review the final outcomes to confirm they meet legal standards and required certifications.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, or certification processes (BPOM, Halal, SNI, ISO).
· Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and the licensing process for products.
· Familiarity with the process for obtaining BPOM and Halal certifications
· Excellent communication and client management skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
