We are looking for an experienced Legal Supervisor who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of providing strategic legal support to ensure business compliance and sustainable company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.

• Provide legal advice and risk assessments to support business decisions.

• Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.

• Handle corporate legal matters, licensing, permits, and legal documentation.

• Coordinate with government institutions, notaries, external legal counsel, and other stakeholders.

• Support land acquisition, property transactions, and legal due diligence.

• Monitor legal disputes and assist in litigation or non-litigation matters.

• Develop and improve legal policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.

• Supervise the Legal team and ensure timely, accurate, and effective legal support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Legal, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Experience in the property, real estate, construction, hospitality, or corporate industry is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Business Law, Property & Land Law, Contract Law, and applicable Indonesian regulations.

• Proven experience in Contract Drafting & Review, legal documentation, legal due diligence, and contract negotiation.

• Strong understanding of Legal Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Legal Risk Assessment.

• Experienced in handling business licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance processes.

• Excellent skills in Legal Research and legal analysis.

• Strong knowledge of Legal Documentation Management and corporate legal administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, and Google Sheet (Spreadsheet).

• Demonstrates strong leadership, with the ability to supervise, coach and develop team members effectively.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and lead a team effectively.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
