Deskripsi pekerjaan Legal Supervisor ECGO EVMOTO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership deals in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
2. Monitor and ensure company compliance with regulations related to ride-hailing, EV operations, transportation licensing (DISHUB), and data privacy.
3. Handle corporate secretarial and legal documentation, including company deeds, permits, licenses, and regulatory filings.
4. Assist in corporate governance, compliance reporting, and administrative preparation required for OJK and IDX compliance.
5. Provide legal analysis and assessments on daily operational risks and upcoming regulatory changes in the Indonesian legal landscape.
6. Support corporate dispute resolution and coordinate documentation for litigation or external legal counsels.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 1+ years of experience handling corporate governance/compliance for publicly listed companies (Tbk), working directly with IDX and OJK requirements OR minimum 3+ years of solid experience as a Corporate Legal Associate in a law firm.
3. Fluent in English, but Upper-Intermediate level is welcome to apply.
4. Strong skills in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
5. Good analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
6. Preferably available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
7. Willing to work Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturday half-day (09:00–13:00).
