Role Description
The Legal Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based at our Head Office in Subang, West Java. This role is responsible for overseeing daily corporate legal operations, managing the contract lifecycle process, and ensuring accurate and timely compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, mitigating legal risks, and ensuring strict compliance with local corporate, labor, and mining regulations. The role also involves coordinating with external counsels or government authorities, supporting compliance-related documentation, and continuously improving internal legal procedures. To support our fast-paced operational needs, the ideal candidate must be available to join immediately and be fully willing to relocate to Subang.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law. Professional certifications such as an active Advocate License (PERADI) are highly preferred.
- Must be available for immediate joining and willing to relocate to work full-time on-site at the Head Office in Subang, West Java.
- Proven working experience as a Legal Supervisor, Senior Legal Counsel, or a similar role, with a strong ability to lead, mentor, and oversee a legal team.
- In-depth understanding of corporate law, contract drafting, dispute resolution, labor laws.
- Practical experience with legal document management systems and advanced proficiency in word processing as well as general office software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, external counsels, and government bodies.
- Prior experience handling legal and regulatory affairs in the mining, logistics, or energy industries is a distinct advantage.
