Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Legal, Corporate Legal, Commercial Legal, or a related role.
- Familiar with corporate legal documents, business licenses, trademarks, and company administration.
- Able to draft and review standard commercial agreements and understand basic legal risks and compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, business partners, and external parties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage company legal documents, including Deeds of Establishment and Amendments, Ministry of Law approvals, NIB, NPWP, NITKU, business licenses, trademarks, and company data updates.
- Draft and review standard commercial agreements, including KOL, Affiliate, Procurement, Makloon/Factory, Distributor, and Supplier Agreements.
- Review vendor and business partner legal documents based on established checklists before drafting agreements and starting cooperation.
- Monitor regulatory compliance, business licenses, and legal requirements relevant to the company’s business activities.
- Identify basic legal risks, potential fraud, and legal issues, and prepare initial mitigation for further review when needed.
- Maintain legal records and coordinate contract preparation and legal documentation with internal teams, vendors, partners, and external parties.
