Job Summary
The Legal Staff is responsible for supporting the company’s legal and compliance activities, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and assisting in handling corporate legal matters. This role works closely with internal departments to provide legal administrative support and help minimize legal risks within the company’s operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a good understanding of corporate legal processes, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in legal, corporate legal, or compliance roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of corporate law, agreements/contracts, and legal documentation.
- Familiar with Indonesian regulations and legal administrative processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling contracts, licensing, or company legal documentation.
- Familiarity with startup, technology, or Web3/crypto industry regulations is a plus.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with external legal consultants or government institutions is an advantage.
