Legal Staff
We are seeking a meticulous, communicative Legal Staff member with a strong understanding of legal aspects and regulations relevant to the operations of an educational institution. This role is essential in ensuring that all school activities comply with the law and in supporting smooth legal administration and regulatory compliance.
Job Description:
- Legal Document and Licensing Management: Manage, update, and archive all legal documents of the school, including deeds, operational licences, cooperation agreements, and official statements.
- Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and ensure that cooperation contracts, agreements, and other legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure that all school operations, both academic and non-academic, are conducted in accordance with government regulations and internal policies.
- Legal Consultation and Support: Provide legal advice and support to management and staff regarding legal, administrative, or school policy matters.
- Coordination with External Parties: Liaise with government institutions, notaries, legal consultants, and other external parties for the school’s legal needs.
- Regulatory Monitoring and Legal Updates: Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide legal updates to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from an accredited university.
- Good understanding of civil law, employment law, and regulations related to educational institutions.
- At least 1 year of experience in legal or legal administration roles is an advantage.
- Ability to draft and review legal documents accurately and meticulously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High integrity, responsibility, and strong work ethic.
