Job Descriptions
- Draft, review, and maintain commercial, employment, B2B, and B2C agreements.
- Manage corporate legal documents, business licenses, and regulatory filings.
- Handle intellectual property (IP/HAKI) registration and renewal processes.
- Prepare legal documents, including legal opinions, notices, and litigation/non-litigation documents.
- Monitor legal compliance and support risk mitigation across business operations.
- Coordinate with government authorities, notaries, and external legal partners
- Provide legal support to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.); PKPA certification is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Legal or Legal Compliance.
- Strong legal drafting and contract review skills.
- Knowledge of litigation/non-litigation processes and Intellectual Property Rights (IP/HAKI).
- Familiar with corporate licensing and Indonesian regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of manufacture operations is a plus.
