Legal Staff ( Intern)

IU Consulting Bali is a legal and business consulting firm specializing in foreign investment, company establishment, licensing, tax compliance, and corporate regulatory matters in Indonesia. We assist both international and local clients by providing reliable legal solutions with a strong focus on compliance, business structure, and long-term growth.

We are currently looking for a Legal Staff to join our growing team in Bali. This role is suitable for professionals with solid knowledge of corporate law and Indonesian business regulations, who are ready to handle complex client matters in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and provide updates on regulatory changes relevant to clients (investment, licensing, corporate governance).
• Coordinate with notaries, government agencies, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of legal processes.
• Ensure all legal documents, corporate files, and compliance records are properly maintained and updated.
• Assist in preparing legal opinions, compliance memos, and client advisories when required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from an accredited or reputable university. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Strong ability in drafting and reviewing agreements, legal documents, and formal correspondence in both litigation and non-litigation matters.

* Strong legal research and analytical skills.

* Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.

* Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly attentive to details.

* Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively both under supervision and independently.

* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

* Highly motivated to learn and interested in developing a career in the Legal field.
