⚖️ Legal Staff (HAKI Specialist)
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law
Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI) and corporate law. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in IP Law are welcome to apply
Deep understanding of the registration process for Trademarks, Patents, and Copyrights in Indonesia (DJKI)
Excellent skills in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents and agreements
Good teamwork and communication skills
Strong commitment, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess high integrity
Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end registration process for Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI) including Trademarks, Patents, and Copyrights for the company and B2B clients
Monitor, maintain, and update the status of all registered intellectual properties to ensure timely renewals and compliance
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and MoUs related to toll manufacturing (maklon) and business partnerships
Conduct legal research and provide advice regarding IP regulations and business compliance
Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for all corporate legal and HAKI documents
