Legal Staff VacancyWe Are Hiring – Legal StaffWe are looking for a Legal Staff to join our growing property and hospitality group.Key Requirements:- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.- Previous experience as a Legal Staff/Legal Officer in the property or real estate industry is required.- Strong knowledge of property agreements, leases, contracts, and legal documentation.- Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.- Good understanding of Indonesian property and business regulations.- Experience working with notaries, lawyers, government authorities, and other legal professionals.- Strong attention to detail and excellent document management skills.- Able to identify legal risks and provide practical solutions.- Good communication and negotiation skills.- Able to work independently and coordinate with management and other departments.- Professional, proactive, responsible, and trustworthy.Preferred:- Experience in the hospitality, villa, resort, or property management industry.- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.- Familiarity with property transactions, management agreements, rental agreements, and corporate legal matters.
