Deskripsi pekerjaan Legal Staff - Compliance Pt. Sinotrans Csc Indonesia
We are looking for dedicated Legal Staffs in helping cover the company on the legal aspects. The responsibilities of the position include but not limited to understand Sinotrans CSC Indonesia Business and the implications a contractual agreement may have on the business itself, reviewing, drafting, and monitoring all company legal documents, advising on certain risks and loopholes of all legal documents, and also assure the compliance in the daily operation
A successful Legal Staffs has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, and remains up-to-date with current law.
Job Description:
Preparing and maintain legal documents, review business contracts, sales purchase binding agreement, and all legal documents.
Providing legal service, such as corporate law, legal solution, legal drafting and writing.
Providing legal audit for the purpose of Legal Drafting and all the needs of its legal documents that require.
Preparing and handling/maintaining documents for company permits, liaise of government intitutions, notary, lawyer, etc. Provide advice and assist on legal matters involving the company.
Responsible for Legal administration and filing legal documents.
Corporate Legal (Deed Ext and Ect)
Understand the Sinotrans CSC Indonesia Business to draft proper legal contracts that is future proof
Providing day-to-day legal support, including but not limited to secretarial and administrative duties
Other company needs within the capacity of the position
Assuring the compliance in the daily operation
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Law Studies
Have at least 3 years of working experience as Legal Officer in third party logistics company (handling legal aspects of freight forwarding, warehousing, project logistics)
Having PKPA certificate is preferred
Good knowledge of Corporate Law & Regulations, Legal Analysis and Research, Business Permit and etc
Familiarity with OSS system
Proficency in English (spoken and written) is a must, Chinese will be an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and attention to details
