About the position :
We are looking for a dedicated Legal Specialist to provide the necessary legal spectrum for our company.
Responsibilities
- Draft, monitor and advise agreements and other legal documents.
- Develop internal guidelines, policies, procedures including compliances.
- Manage company internal and external documents, license and legal issues.
- Conduct research concerning legal products, issues and regulation.
- Work with the product and business development team to provide necessary insights in relation to the development of products and services.
Skills & Qualifications
- Between 23-35 years old.
- Atleast have a Bachelor’s degree in LAW (S.H.).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in law firms, notary offices, startups or tech companies.
- Excellent research skills with high attention to details.
- Good business analytical thinking.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, communication and public speaking skills.
- Preferably fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure with swift deadlines.
- Self-driven and keen to learn.
