Job Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve legal issues, disputes, and potential legal risks arising from the company's business operations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, coordinate litigation matters, and liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and law enforcement agencies when required.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, legal documents, and corporate policies to protect the company's legal interests.
- Provide legal advice and practical solutions to management and business departments regarding corporate, employment, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Ensure the company's compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, including maintaining corporate licenses and legal documentation.
- Manage expatriate legal matters, including work permits, visas, KITAS, and other immigration-related requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.).
- Must hold a valid Indonesian Advocate/Lawyer License (PERADI or other recognized Indonesian Bar Association) and be authorized to practice law.
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling corporate legal matters, legal disputes, litigation, or representing companies in legal cases.
- Proven experience attending court proceedings, managing litigation processes, and coordinating with external lawyers and government authorities.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, labor law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
- Willing to work onsite in Tangerang.
